More than 1000 people attended the Colemans Hatch Summer show which was described as a 'great sucess'.
An amzing array of flowers, vegetables, crafts and photographs were available for guests to admire in the marquee on Saturday.
The event in shepherds hill attracted a total of 1200 visitors, and this years show saw the presentation of the new Olive Markham cup won by Janet Everest for her photograph taken on the Ashdown Forest.
Press officer Wendy Scott said ' with the weather being so hot the beer and tea tents were extremely busy and a good day was had by all'
She added ' We are always so grateful for the people who help us on the day, without whom there wouldnt be a show and they always seem to enjoy themselves too'
A range of activities was available for all the family, including a tug-of-war contest, dog show and an appearance frpm Rhondo the clown.
The theme of the show was Winnie the Pooh and Friends, and several events followed the theme including the childrens fancy dress and a model bowl competition.
Mrs Scott said ' The dog show proved to be a great success and Portland road vets who kindly sponsored the dog show wwere giving free dog health checks'
A total of 12 entries in the breed class saw the highest number of entries, and the Patrick Ide Goblet for the most outstanding exhibit was won by John Padgham for his wood carving.
